Southern Air Systems Ltd carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance on air compressors ranging, from minor service work to major strip down and re-builds of all makes and models.
Production is of the highest importance to our customers and by maintaining your air system down time and loss of production can be minimised.
We are in direct contact with most air compressor manufacturers:
ABAC/ALUP, ATLAS COPCO, BOGE, COMPAIR HYDROVANE, FLUIDAIR, INGERSOLL-RAND AND HPC to name a few!
This enables us to receive the correct parts and/or technical information to find the solution to any maintenance or breakdown problems.
Our engineers provide a quality service to suit your businesses individual needs to ensure that production operates effectively and efficiently.
The service schedule we offer ranges from basic oil, oil filter and air filter replacement to belt change, separator element and in-line filter element replacement to coincide with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
In addition to routine maintenance the pre-filter element where applicable and air/oil coolers are cleared of dust and debris, electrical connections checked and tightened. A visual inspection of the compressor will be carried out to check for oil leaks.
Peace of mind can be purchased with a fixed cost service agreement.
